I‘m weird please help me find a game 🙂

Please help me find my next game. I noticed something weird: I love (reasonably) challenging combat focused games with great progression & high skill ceiling, which would naturally put me in the camp of souls likes. BUT I noticed I simply don't enjoy trying a boss 40 times until I know every single moveset. Not saying it's bad and I've done it plenty (Nioh series, Elden Ring, Lies of P, etc.), but just noticed it doesn't give me that much satisfaction, even when I beat the boss ultimately. However I do enjoy perfecting my build and honing my own combat skills much more. Is there any game that doesn't have this "you gotta learn all the telegraphed movesets before you can defeat the boss" kind of mechanic but is still challenging and requires you to get good at combat or am I doomed? Thanks!
