Tiktoo flagging my game videos as “duplicate content” just because I translate them into other languages?

I’m currently promoting my indie mobile game on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and Facebook Reels.

The thing is: I’m posting the same video in multiple languages (English, Spanish, Italian), because I want to reach different audiences around the world.

The visual part of the video is the same, but:

- the voiceover changes,

- the subtitles/text change,

- the hashtags and captions change too.

Recently TikTok hit two of my spanish videos with what they call “duplicate content / unoriginal content” and having it blocked from the for you page.

I tried appealing it but it didn’t work.

I’ve also noticed similar problems on Youtube and Facebook by having some short videos having 0 views

I just want to show the same game to different language audiences.

So I wanted to ask if there is a known workaround for this?

Would really appreciate advice from people who’ve dealt with this before.

Pre-registration numbers on Play Store and Apple Store

I’m trying to understand how realistic pre-registration numbers are for mobile games before launch without a marketing budget, only working with short videos on social media.

Does anyone here have real data or experience with conversion rates from short form content to pre-registration on play store and apple store?

I am using Tiktok, youtube shorts, instagram reels and twitter.

how many pre-registrations usually become actual downloads on launch day?

Does having a strong burst of downloads at launch actually gives you a noticeable visibility boost on the Play Store and App Store or it barely matters unless the numbers are huge?

Thanks
