Charging station failure- support
When connecting everything for the season i noticed the charging station does not charge the robot (yuka mini 800) everything is just 1 year old. Everything has been kept indoors during winter.
Did som faultfinding and concluded that the station is broken, charger itself is fine and outputting voltage, but no voltage on charging pins that connects to robot.
Contacted support and they had me do all the measurements again, same result. This has been 1month now without a working mower, and support has decided to not answer any email anymore.
This has been the worst customer support experience I have ever encounted.
The charging station is not so easy to take appart but I guess I have to fix it myself so It can now the lawn when support is slow and not helpful.
Anyone else having trouble with their charging station?
