We have an always on heat pad for Dio to try to keep her comfortable as she fights her best fight. Originally she did not like the kinda stiff fake fluff material the stock cover had but i didn’t want to give up the softness it had so we made her a fleece cover that she has been loving. Like the first few weeks she was a territorial nightmare rat she loved it so much.

K2 are 9 and the sweetest degus. Dio is 7 and proving the degu level of stubborn is legendary. She was given a couple week prognosis back in March.
Perhaps it is just because I noticed it and now it stands out to me but the parking brake when in auto engages/disengages seems overly loud. It doesn’t seem to be a just my car issue. I stopped to listen when I saw a newer RAV pull next to me at the gas station and same noise.
Is there some extra maintenance I should be looking into or just the normal sounds of an electric motor engaging?

We tried watching Exhuma tonight. I was a little confused as to why there were 12 ad ticks in the playback bar on the ad free tier. We roll with it.. and the first break freezes the app. Restart. Next break and same thing.
I call support and they let me know that it is not an ad it is a break and thy show other Shudder content on break. Wait, so because it is your stuff it is a break and not an ad? It is advertising your content!
I guess that movie and every “break” movie will not be in our future because it isn’t a break when it freezes even if I was going to let you claim semantics.
