Help. I asked the buyer why they refused the package fearing it had been damaged in transit, she said she never saw it because it was delivered to her PO and refused by them. Then Vinted cancelled the order, refunded the buyer and my item was supposed to be sent back to me. Last night I checked tracking only to see the item had been successfully delivered a week ago and picked up by the buyer!! I messaged Vinted about getting paid and the infuriating AI response states I can’t get paid because I canceled the order-which I didn’t!! It’s only $10 but I’m so pissed and feel stuck
