My neighbors only blare music when my kids are outside
I am trying to figure out if I’m in the wrong here. Every time I go outside with my kids. My neighbors start blasting their music that plays profanity really loud. I go outside during the day so it’s not like I’m going on in the middle of the night disturbing their peace. I guess they don’t like the sound of my kids playing but I just think it’s super disrespectful. They also have a cat tied up outside on a leash. They dump cat litter in the middle of the share yard space. I try to ignore everything to keep the peace cause I know we can’t move out until next year. They really freak me out quite honestly. I’m ready to stop taking my kids outside I just don’t want to punish them for crazy people’s actions. Idk what I could to make this situation better.
