Air India Travel Experience – Appreciative Review
My parents traveled from Chicago to Ranchi on Air India flight AI126 on June 17. Although the flight was delayed due to a medical emergency, the support and service provided by the cabin crew were truly exceptional.
I have personally avoided Air India in the past due to negative feedback, but this experience has completely changed my perspective. My father has some difficulty walking, and the air hostesses went above and beyond—assisting him throughout the journey, helping with luggage, and ensuring his comfort at every step.
What truly stood out was the level of care shown during their onward journey from Delhi to Ranchi. The pilot himself came forward to assist my father, which is something we deeply appreciated.
I am extremely happy with the overall experience and would like to sincerely thank Air India for making my parents’ journey so smooth and comfortable. This level of care and compassion makes a lasting impression.
