I used to hate my ex wife.

I tried everything in the book to hurt her. Private investigators. Restraining orders. Every mean word I could say. Shit man, I prayed to God she’d get run over by a bus some nights! REAL TALK YALL. I was ANGRY. SO. DAMN. ANGRY. Our divorce was brutal. We tried to hurt each other. We had to pick up and drop off our kids from a police station for months. We didn’t speak unless it was through lawyers. I lied about her. She lied about me. It was fucking DARK man... One of the most difficult things I’ve ever done in my life is build a relationship with her. To learn to love her again. To overcome the darkness and demons that haunted me... The crazy thing is all the work I did over the years wasn’t for she and I or the kids. IT WAS FOR ME. I had (still do) a lot of anger and shit inside me. I’m FAR FAR FAR from perfect. But I can say this with 100% clarity and I know she would echo this statement. TODAY I AM A BETTER MAN. I know more. I HAD TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID TO BE WHO I AM TODAY. I do not regret any of it. I don’t regret the angry words, the fear and resentment. I REGRET NONE OF IT AND I WOULD NOT CHNAGE A THING. I am who I am today because of yesterday. I am a good man. I am a good father. I’m damn proud of my journey and this picture makes me smile bigger than anything on earth. Because I know WE had to fight to get here. I know that WE ARE WHO WE ARE TODAY BECAUSE OF ALL THE SHIT. Today we smile. Today we broke bread. Me, her, her husband and our children. ANGER is a choice my friends. Hear that! ANGER IS A CHOICE. I chose to be mad and angry for years. Nothing she did MADE ME DO WHAT I DID and unless I had been through that test I wouldn’t be the man or father I am today, and she wouldn’t be the mother she is today. Summer I love and appreciate our journey. From the first letter I sent you after the divorce, to months and months of trials and tests to say positive things to you, I am grateful for it all. No one will fully grasp our journey and that’s ok. This picture tells the story and today I am a grateful man to have such a great woman to have made this family with. Happy Mother’s Day Sum. Thanks for all you do. 😁

The greatest speech ever given.

At 43min in this is where the guy puts his hand out to shake. Sean Whalen refused to shake his hand. This is so cringe! I wonder how many followers he lost after this.
