What the title says. Anyone else feel that fire let you do your job on your terms, and without compromising your values? I think that many people are placed in a situation where fear of job security leads to an acceptance of “moral flexibility”
When I try to maintain HR in zone 2, it feels like pedaling isn’t catching and that I am losing tension. Pedaling smoothly where it feels like I am getting constant tension brings my HR up to zone
3. Should I just keep on plugging along with the expectation that as my conditioning improves, this will sort itself out?

I did an FTP ramp test which got my HR to 176, but my watch still uses 220- age to determine max HR, even though this is lower than a value which I was able to sustain. Any tips on how I can update this, or if I should?
Are local flock cameras authorized by city, county, individual municipalities? I think there should be accountability about this intrusion of privacy, and I am wondering where we can direct questions about how this happened and how they can be removed
