I know last season CAL FIRE began transitioning some units from seasonal to traditional staffing, which effectively cut the number of seasonal positions in half. I’m wondering if things have stabilized since then and what the current chances are of getting hired as a seasonal FF1 on either an engine or hand crew.

Now that the 2026 Housing bill has become law, what do you think this realistically means for Boxabl?
Will we see a dramatic ramp up in Boxabls being installed in large cities that need new housing fast? Will the new limit on corporations owning homes hurt Boxabl at all or will it incentivize city governments to issue more contracts?
