Preordered 4 Prismatic evo ETBs, store never received any shipments after release day. Anytime i called they gave me the same response that their shipment is delayed. Last week they finally admitted they they’re not getting anything after all. Never received notification of delayed shipment or cancellation of preorders. After attempting to hunt down a manager they informed me no refunds only store credit due to store policy, this is illegal in many ways because California law requires a refund if the goods were never delivered and I paid for a specific item that was never provided, the purchase contract was never fulfilled. Under California's Unfair Competition Law and the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, I'm entitled to a full refund.
I can complain to the BBB but what are they doing to do?
Im afraid of requesting a credit card charge back, because what if it gets denied and the cc company takes GS side, than my account or order gets locked and they can’t issue me store credit
