Thank God he is fine not even a scratch. Police and ems came anyway. This happened a few hours ago and he's back to being a kid like nothing happened.

I'm a single father and have sole custody...I'm still in shock and trying to process everything. I feel like I'm on the verge of a breakdown.

Has anyone else been through anything similar? I just don't know what to do with myself. I want to lock him in his room until he's 40 but I know I can't do that.

If anyone has any advice or kind words I could really use themwell.

EDIT : I just want to thank everyone for their kind words and concern. It's amazing how sometimes it's complete strangers who are there for you and show more concern than some people you know more intimately.
