Experiencing vertigo in your 30, The doctor said there's no cured

Hi, I first experienced vertigo in June 2025 — it was severe, with vomitings, and I ended up being hospitalised. After more than four physiotherapy sessions, it resolved, and I was symptom-free for almost a year.

It came back last month, and again after more than four physio sessions, it cleared up completely for a few weeks.

Then last Sunday it returned, and I've been dealing with it through to today (Tuesday). I've been taking anti-nausea medication since Sunday, but the dizziness is still present. I'm feeling very weak and low on energy, and I'm having trouble sleeping. I'm planning to see my physio but also considering waiting to see whether it resolves on its own.

I'm starting to wonder whether I'll ever be free of this. My first doctor told me I'd have to live with it for the rest of my life. I've already had to give up sport because of the sudden neck movements involved. I'm beginning to feel quite down about it — vertigo is so unpredictable, and I'm now scared to ride a bike or drive, unsure of how I'd cope if an episode hit while I was doing either. At the moment, it only occurs when I turn over in bed, but even so, it's really hard to deal with, especially at 30.

I wonder, were you eventually able to get rid of it completely?

Can any medication/supplementary can help?

A bit of background — I've had low blood pressure since I was a child. When I stand up too quickly from bed, it makes me feel faint, but the house spinning from vertigo is another level.
