Hello! Newbie here with a passion for geology here.
Recently watching some videos on youtube (mainly news) I stumbled upon 2 channels: Stefan Burns and On The Pulse With Silki; and... oh boy they were peculiar to say the least, and honestly do not know how they get so much traction. Expecially due to videos like one from Silki's channel about Campi Flegrei. At the start and shortly after that, you can see a video from a completely different event from the 4.7 magnitude. The events of the video were about a residential house in Messina that collapsed during rennovation works (I'm italian so I immediately recognized the clips)... but besides that, I was wondering, are there any reliable and good channels that you reccomend? thanks a lot!!!
PSA. I care to say that I do not wish to generate any sort or form of hate towards both channels, and just quoted them due to have been the only ones that popped up in my home page.
Question for who got to try the beta. Does the pity get reset every banner or it gets carried over?
reddit.comOh man, the hope I had the trailer would have ended like this ...
Have we ever waited this long to receive even basic info on a new character? Bambi drops in 2 days and we still have literally nothing.
reddit.comVastolorde Ichigo is gonna be strike dps (there is literally no other choice free)
Hold your jades and tickets, for Candice. She and Vastolorde will be the same typing.
What waiting for global maintenance to end feels like
The better Atlantis! The disappearing isle of Calipso.
I'm back with a new and improved version of Atlantis imo. I'm talking about an artificial isle that the romans build near Lucrino (wich is also near lake Averno, a common example of gate to hell) and Baiae a now sunken roman city. Calipso was built around the first century after christ, using pillars down to the sea bed, wich also transported heat and vapours to the thermal pools up in the city. Due to her being built in the campi flegrei (the caldera super volcano), the whole area rises and falls during the years, making Calipso disappearing from the horizon. The isle is now sunken due to the eruption in the 1500s, but it is understandable since it was so powerful to form a new hill of ~150m nearby (Monte Nuovo). Milo would have so much fun making a video on that area... sunken cities, artificial islands, Imperial terms, Imperial villas like the Giulio Caesars one, 3 temples to the gods one next to the other, it was basically the roman Las Vegas. There is a small amphitheater wich is ONE OF THE FIRSTS IN ITALY. Nearby there is also the first greek colony in Italy Cumae. The whole area is embarassingly PACKED.
Do you think that we will ever receive an exchange shop for them?
I would love to exchange them for some Kans, Stamp Ectoplasm, the new Stamp locking item Or even be used to reroll the rank of the patrol
I would love to see a video, even a short of Milo talking about this.
The thing you can see in the pictures is a roman macellum (supermarket) located in the Campi Flegrei, which once was completely underwater, matter of fact the holes you can see on the columns were made by mussels. The one responsible for it being the Campi Flegrei supervolcano and bradisismic movement of the terrain which also submerged a roman city nearby, Baiae. (The italian Atlantis😂)
