Relialibilty of the runout sensor??

Need to do a 600g print and only have like 2 400g rolls...

I've never had fillament runout on me and obviously don't want to waste the 400 grams and then it crap out on me.

Just need some confidence instilled that it will properly pause and park itself in the corner until I switch rolls and then resume...

was doing a fillament mount to reroute the fillament runout out of the gantry, had to unscrew top to do such.

When i unscrewed the top 6 screws, the side with the extra axis motors fell down, the belt lost tension.

I know one problem is that if the two axes aren't perfectly level, it'd would be off thread and print really wierldy, but that's not even my first concern.

I have no idea how those three screws held in the extra motor side silver screw thread at all? I keep on putting it back in, and it just keeps falling down. Are there screws elsewhere that could make this a problem? i'm just confuzzled how I unscrewed 6 screws which were just for a placeholder and now those screws prevent this from being level at all...

**Photo attached . As I mentioned, I can "push up that side back into the spot, but it doesn't hold itself anymore. Before I ever unscrewed it would "hold itself" in there. Now it just falls down due to all the weight on that side.
