basically the title. After my training course and certification, I have no other experience working in phlebotomy. I imagine this might make finding a job kind of tricky. ideally I’d love to work in a clinical environment. does anyone have tips for my resume, either how I can “sell” my training course or what to include?
Hello! I recently read “Once More to the “Lake” by E.B. White and loved the vivid nature imagery. I am looking for a book of essays/short stories that ALL are centered on nature. I want lovely but accessible descriptions, feelings, evocative, with beautiful descriptions of different biomes. people can or can not be included, either way.

I’m here for literally just the afternoon/evening and have an early flight out tomorrow. Suggestions for what I should do or avoid doing as a woman
I’ve gone back and forth wrestling with the vague concept of a story for months now. I felt like I had a couple flashes of a vision but had no true idea of what I wanted to center the story on. I finally had things come together (I just finished reading a novel, and the way the author fleshed out one of the characters felt like the final push of inspiration I needed for one of my own characters — like an element of her backstory that finally made her WORK)!
So I wrote down a bunch of bullet points, then made a massive spreadsheet with different character arcs and plot lines as columns. I actually finished plotting the ENTIRE book. Of course, things will change and I’ll probably rewrite big swathes. But as someone who has always just tried to write introductions and then felt lost on where to take the arcs from there, I feel like I’m in a really good spot and excited to work on this project.
Just sharing this since I’m excited and also if anyone has tips or input or wants to share what works for them at this stage!:)
