Will WCML: Birmingham to Crewe come down in price at some point this year?

So basically what it says on the tin, am thinking of getting the route at some point, but don't like the current discount price of 20%, I have heard a few bad things about the route and am a bit cautious of picking it up, so do we think that the discount price will come down during the next few upcoming sales, am not in a rush to buy it as I would like to get some other DLC to complete Layers for my other rotes first, especially since this route will require quite a few extra add-ons just to make it feel more fleshed out, also if someone could leave a full list of required add-ons that would be great

Thoughts on a North Wales Coast Line DLC

A future DLC I would love to see and why I think it's perfect. The route is 106 miles long from Crewe to Holyhead with 19 station and is primarily operated by Transport for Wales (TFW) who operate Class 158, Class 175 and Class 197 and Avanti West coast also run trains along the route Class 805 Everos, they use to have some Class 221 super Voyagers but were withdrawn in december 2024, another draw to this route is the scenery, it's a lovely coastal route featuring plenty of historical locations and scenic views of the welsh coastline.

So if this DLC was made what trains would be included? well we have already seen the 158 in other routes so this would be add as a layer, but mostly I think it should be the Class 175 & 197, as we haven't seen them yet, the Class 805 Evero already has its own DLC so that would be another layer, layers wise there is plenty of options for AI traffic when it comes to Chester & Crewe.

The quiet car problem

The age of problem of the first class carriage, you pay extra to ride the network in comfort and peace, but there is always that one person who won't shut up, at this point you're probably wondering what this has to do with a train game, well one of the great features of the TSW series is the fact that you aren't locked in the driver's seat, and can even be a passenger, and I thought why not, I'll jump a train at one of my favourite stations and ride it to the end, it will be fun and peaceful before I go to bed, how wrong I was.

The journey begins at Paddington station, at 10:00, my train, the 10:06 GWR to Penzance, I board the empty train before anyone else and find a seat in a 1st class carriage, 10:05 and boarding starts and am thinking this carriage is a bit empty so I get out my seat and look around, am not alone 2 other passengers have joined me for the journey, 10:06 and the doors shut and we are off, all is well as I sit back and enjoy the peaceful view as well leave the station, but not for long, a cough breaks the silence, okay I think to my self and go back to relaxing, not but a few minutes later and there it is again, then again, the entire journey to Reading, and so art imitates life.

While at the time I found this annoying it also a testament to the game, it's little things like this that makes the game more realistic, and I hope they add more ambiance noise to the game, such as chattering and phones going off, because let's face it railway stations and trains are busy they never stop being noisy and adding these noises to the game just makes it oh so more realistic, and I love it.

Ertl skip find

am not one to skip dive, but when I walked past a house in my area being cleared out for renovation work I couldn't help but notice some grey looking track in a box, upon further inspection it was Ertl track, I haven't seen this stuff since I was a kid. I believe the whole set was there but I didn't realise it until I got home, so unfortunately I may have missed out on getting the buildings and signals. Don't worry I did wash it all as soon as I got it home.
