We have having an issue with multiple users opening an Excel file at the same time. We used to get a prompt saying user:xxx has the file open. That stopped a short while ago. Since then we are getting lots of 'DownloadConflict' files saved in the main files folder. Is there anyway to prevent this issue? 1817+
I have what I believe may be sernogative RA. I currently have the following symptoms:
-Joint Pain, burning feeling in both hands, knees, elbows, feet.
-No outwardly visible swelling-but the tight pressure feeling. -burning/tingling in forearms, areas around my knees and shins that comes and goes throughout the days.
-Heat makes it way worse
-Cold helps temporarily
-Pain lowest in the morning, builds though out the day.
-all RA blood test negative. Those included R Factor, ANA, C-rate, CCP, TSH, Sed rate, CBC.
-5 days of prednisone helped a little-30%.
How can I get a proper diagnosis? Does this sound similar to those with seronegative RA?
