Are they showing this there tomorrow night?

If you read or post on this forum, you are already in the top five percent of appraisers. How many boomers or older folks who aren’t technologically literate going to handle this? This is an impending disaster that I don’t think the lenders or Fannie see coming. I am very busy now in my market…I cannot do this volume on the new 3.6 forms.

Mine is up for renewal and feels like I’m paying way too much. Does anyone have a preferred agent or reference? Thanks

I’d love one. Asking for my yard

I did an order in late April for a client of mine (local credit union I have worked with my whole career) that came in significantly less than the contract price. It was one of my best appraisals ever because I documented everything and included tons of support and graphs. Since then I receive basically no work from them. They were my lowest paying client but the work was easy and they still did lots of cookie cutter homes in conforming neighborhoods. Anybody else lost a client like this? Not trying to be paranoid but I get virtually nothing from them now.

Weekly thread whining about real estate agents. I genuinely wonder how some of these people can function in society. So incredibly dumb and stubborn.
