Is there any trick to converting a civ without a founder religion, but with religion of another civ?
Is there a way for them to stop buying missionaries? My religion is far superior for everyone ofc.
Especially talking about vassals. If I convert half of their cities in 1 turn, will they accept it, or is there like a timer?
It took about five turns before it reverted back to normal.

I don't have a religion, while Venice has an enhanced reformed religion to allow science building purchase with faith. I noticed that the first few converted cities by Venice allowed me to purchase libraries and universities, super hyped I could dump my faith. However, few of the cities that were converted not had a council building and once I did build the council I noticed that I had no option to buy library with faith.
I have few other religions in my empire, I bought missionaries of Venice's religion and converted a city and yet still I can't buy a library with faith in that city.
What's the trick here?
