My Snotlings Army! (Team)

Finally finished painting my box of Snotlings and a troll, considering the size of them it took me longer than I thought. Love the silly little buggers though!
Going to add The Black Gobbo when selecting the team for a match soon.

Help me with my bloodlust!!!

Playing vampires I’m trying to understand bloodlust - what happens if you fail it. I’d appreciate anyone clarifying the following…

If you fail bloodlust then can you still perform any action you wanted to, including a blitz or block? (I’ve read somewhere you can and somewhere you can’t!)

Then if you blitz or block you would then bite a thrall after.
If vampire is knocked over during the blitz/block and prone or stunned then you add distracted to them as well as they haven’t bitten a thrall?

If you want to pass, hand off, cross into end zone to score then you must bite the thrall first.

Failing bloodlust doesn’t mean a turnover unless they are carrying the ball (so then drop it)
Badly injuring thrall doesn’t mean a turnover (unless they were carrying ball)
Biting a thrall is immediate injury (with casualty result meaning thrall is straight to badly hurt and taken out the game)

If vampire is distracted after failed bloodlust then they need to activate next turn to lose distraction, and by activating then you roll for bloodlust again…

Snotlings team options…

Maybe 30% through painting the team (pic of one of the recent batch painted) and thinking how to set up the team - 2x trolls / 1x troll and 1x pump wagon / 1x troll and a star player???

Finished painting my wolf boy Wilhelm Chaney!

Wasn’t sure what colour scheme I was going to do at the start - was thinking dark like my vampire team, but unsure of I’ll use for vampires or tomb kings, so ended like this. Could have spent way longer on it adding more details, but I’m happy enough with it and want to actually use him and play!!!

When do people stop with the details? How much is enough??

If no one can score in last 2 turns of the half what do you tactically do? Just fight?

Got to the end of a half last night, ball was roughly in middle of the pitch, many of both team surrounding it, no one would have been able to get a touchdown in their last 2 turns. Is there anything worth doing with these turns?
We continued trying to block/push and pick up the ball for practice, but what would you recommend? Just attempting to injure the other team??
(Pic from earlier part of the game, just because I thought it was pretty cool)
