can anyone recommend a good pharma grade magnesium tablet for sleep and stress
preferably real magnesium glycinate/bisglycinate with higher elemental magnesium from pharma. looking for something good for sleep, stress, muscle recovery and daily use. i looked around and haven’t found any pharma magnesium products except mgd3 and krampoff tablets but mgd3 uses a magnesium complex form while krampoff has very low elemental magnesium
so if you’ve personally used one with good results please share the brand and dosage too
