Reasonable priced kid haircuts in SL or nearby

Hi all, any recs on hair salons or a barber who cut kids hair in the area? We had a not so great experience at Great Clips at their E14 location.

Now looking for a place that welcomes kids to do a cleanup/fix! Thank you.

Looking for Massage Therapist (CMT) recommendations for L5/S1 herniated disc & sciatica

Hi everyone,

I am 8 months into recovering from a L5/S1 herniated disc, with symptoms mainly affecting my lower back and the right side of my body. I am currently working with a physical therapist, and my PT gave me the green light to add regular massage therapy to my routine. I also have an epidural steroid injection scheduled for late August to address remaining inflammation.

While I am out of the acute phase and back to walking longer distances and working part-time, I still deal with chronic pain and occasional flare-ups. Right now, my right leg (glute down to lower calf) constantly feels tight, heavy, and compressed from nerve irritation.I want to find a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) who uses gentle, soft-tissue techniques to improve blood flow and reduce tension without triggering a flare-up.

My questions for you all:

\*What specific modalities or techniques should I look for? (e.g., Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral?)

\*Are there specialized certifications or keywords I should filter for when searching for a CMT in my area who understands disc injuries?

\*What red flags should I watch out for when vetting a therapist for nerve pain?

I want to avoid anyone who tries to aggressively "pop" my back or push through nerve pain. I'd appreciate any insights, search tips, or personal experiences!
