With the end of D/S coming up soon is it still safe to pursue a second masters ?? or should i go for a dba or phd ??

I am on my stem opt grace period , my program starts on June 29 and that’s the date i have set for transfering my sevis out to the new uni . I got the admission a day back and when i was trying to schedule it for the 28th the portal was having some issues.

My plan is to call up my dso on monday to expedite this transfer to the new school so that they recieve it on the dame day and issue me an i20 but i am worried if this is legally right or will i be violating any rules.

Need advice I am worried about this , thanks

I have an admit for June 29 for MBA ITM at IWU. My stem opt already ended on June 12 and i am in my 60 day grace period (my company didn’t allow day1cpt and just gave me an intracompany transfer that starts in 2 months).

I have got 3 interviews lined up in the next 2 weeks . I have not done any sevis transfer yet. I was thinking to do a sevis transfer and give a shot at these interviews, if things go well and i get an offer i will continue with day1cpt but lets say if not then i will withdraw from the course/program by the end of july and move back.

Is this okay or would raise some issues down the line for any other visas ?

I have a Masters in CS from a T40 US university, total of 6.5 years (3 in the US) of experience in Software Engineering and ML(2 out of 6.5) .

Reason to return is personal . As someone with my experience and available immediately. Are there any chances of atleast getting calls and can i expect atleast 20-25LPA ? Just want to realistically see the possibilities

My company is asking me to resign if i want to go the CPT route(basically they aren’t allowing it) , i am thinking of going for day1cpt and alongside looking for a job. Anybody in a similar situation ? my stem ends in august.

For people who are planning to do day 1 cpt (a 2nd masters) , the recent finalization stage of eliminating the D/S rule has changed your mind regarding taking up day1cpt ? or y’all are still going ahead with it ??
