UK Visitor Visa (India to UK) for brother: Content creator, low savings, no ITR. Need strategy advice!

Hi everyone, I'm applying for a Standard Visitor Visa for my brother to attend my UK graduation. Worried about finances.

**The Setup:**
* **Me (UK Sponsor):** Income £1.4k–£2k/month. Salary drops into Account A, then I move leftover savings (£500–£2k) to Account B. My tenancy ends Sept 30.
* **Brother (Applicant in India):** Unmarried content creator. High transaction volume (1–2 Lakhs in/out from brand deals), but low closing balance (only ₹30k–₹40k savings). Never filed an ITR.
* **Ties:** Helps father manage 2 acres of family land (we have official land papers).

**Questions:**

  1. Will his low balance (₹30k–₹40k) cause an auto-refusal even though I am 100% sponsoring his flights/living?
  2. Is a missing ITR fatal if he provides YouTube analytics and brand contracts instead?
  3. Will submitting both my UK salary account and savings account confuse the visa officer?
  4. Since my lease ends Sept 30, should we just use a refundable hotel booking for proof of accommodation?

Thanks!
