UK Visitor Visa (India to UK) for brother: Content creator, low savings, no ITR. Need strategy advice!
Hi everyone, I'm applying for a Standard Visitor Visa for my brother to attend my UK graduation. Worried about finances.
**The Setup:**
* **Me (UK Sponsor):** Income £1.4k–£2k/month. Salary drops into Account A, then I move leftover savings (£500–£2k) to Account B. My tenancy ends Sept 30.
* **Brother (Applicant in India):** Unmarried content creator. High transaction volume (1–2 Lakhs in/out from brand deals), but low closing balance (only ₹30k–₹40k savings). Never filed an ITR.
* **Ties:** Helps father manage 2 acres of family land (we have official land papers).
**Questions:**
- Will his low balance (₹30k–₹40k) cause an auto-refusal even though I am 100% sponsoring his flights/living?
- Is a missing ITR fatal if he provides YouTube analytics and brand contracts instead?
- Will submitting both my UK salary account and savings account confuse the visa officer?
- Since my lease ends Sept 30, should we just use a refundable hotel booking for proof of accommodation?
Thanks!
