Trope: enemy sitting in bathroom stall

I remember there used to be a trope in old school FPS like Duke Nukem 3D, where, if the game had bathroom stalls with openable doors, there HAD to be one level where you open the door and there's an enemy inside, presumably pooping. I've been playing a lot of modern games that have bathroom stalls (Prey, Control, etc.) and none of them bothered to put any enemies inside, which made me sad.

I feel like there were multiple instances of this trope but I can't seem to find any concrete examples other than DN3D. Can y'all confirm that I'm not just hallucinating this being a thing?

Rokai - Neon Panopticon (feat. Chasing Horizon)

This is my first ever song that features a vocalist, it was really fun to work on.

The song was inspired by the concept of the panopticon, and how it relates to social media. We imprison ourselves within platforms where people are always watching, we filter our interactions through the rules and expectations of algorithms, we hand over all our personal data for a measly few likes.
