Please help me find a job for my 51-year-old dad — 20+ years in graphic design

Hi everyone. I’m posting this on behalf of my dad because I’m hoping someone here might know of an opportunity for him.

My dad is 51 years old and has over 20 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in:

● Graphic design
● Vector creation and tracing
● Illustrations
● Product graphics
● Image editing
● Product texture and color modifications
● E-commerce/product design

A big part of his previous work involved working with private companies that sell products on Amazon. He would edit product images, textures, colors, and other visual elements according to the client’s requirements.

He was previously working as a Green GSM driver, but he resigned because he was promised a work-from-home opportunity that unfortunately did not push through. He is now suddenly without a job and is trying to get back on his feet.

I’m helping him look for work and, honestly, we are open to almost anything at this point.

He’s willing to learn new skills, and I’m personally willing to help him learn things like data entry, virtual assistance, basic admin work, online tools, etc. He is a fast learner and has decades of experience working with computers and design software.

He is open to:
● Full-time or part-time work
● Work-from-home/remote jobs
● Freelance or project-based work
● Graphic design/vector work
● E-commerce/product image editing
● Data entry
● Virtual assistant work
● Administrative tasks
● Other work that he can realistically learn

Salary is negotiable. We are willing to consider opportunities starting around ₱10,000/month, especially if there is room to grow.

📍 Location: San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines
💻 Remote/WFH preferred, but he can also consider nearby opportunities.

If you are hiring, know someone who is, or can point me toward a company/client looking for someone with his experience, please comment or send me a DM.

I can provide his resume, portfolio, and other details privately.

I know Reddit can be a long shot, but I would genuinely appreciate any leads. ❤️ Thank you so much to anyone who takes the time to read this or share it.

Looking for Lender, I earn ₱75k monthly

Hello! I’m looking to apply for a personal loan for debt consolidation and would like to inquire if I may qualify.
I currently have a stable monthly income of approximately ₱75,000 from two jobs and have been with my primary US-based employer for 4 years. Due to multiple lending app obligations, I’m finding it difficult to manage the different due dates and monthly repayments, even though I have a regular source of income.

The reason I accumulated this level of debt was because I was expecting to receive a significant amount of money in December 2025. Based on that expectation, I also committed to giving my father ₱50,000. Unfortunately, the funds I was expecting were never received.

Instead of being honest about the situation and adjusting my commitments, I made the mistake of relying on lending apps to cover my obligations. What began as a temporary solution gradually turned into multiple loans with different due dates and high repayment obligations, causing the debt to grow over time.

I take full responsibility for the decisions I made and understand that I should have handled the situation differently. Since then, I have been actively working to regain control of my finances.

I’m looking to borrow approximately ₱280,000.

My goal is to consolidate everything into one monthly payment of around ₱15,000, rather than continuing to manage several separate lenders with different repayment schedules.

I’m committed to repaying the loan responsibly and can provide proof of income, employment, and any other documents you may require. Could you please let me know if you offer debt consolidation or personal loans for this purpose, what your requirements are, and whether I may be eligible?

Looking for serious lenders, and not judgement. Thank you.
