first 70.3 in Muskoka tmr - anyone have any tips?

Feeling super nervous esp for the swim - I’ve practiced OWS but my HR tends to race esp when i see the murky water - hopefully will help being around so many people.

I’m also feeling nervous about navigating transitions and setting my stuff up. Anyone have any last minute tips or things to keep in mind? Also for the swim will they explain how to follow the buoys or do you just try to stay within their vicinity?

Weekend in Miami recommendations - not a huge partier

Flying in on Friday night in FLL then going to make my way to Miami hopefully around 9-10pm. Leaving late on Sunday night.

My bf and I aren’t big partiers and don’t drink but we are hugeeee foodies and want to make the most out of our weekend.

Looking for any recommendations on itinerary/areas to explore, food spots - preferably not too $$, and anything else! Thanks all!

How do you become a deans fellow at osgoode?

If I did well in a class should I reach out to the professors right now to express interest? Or have these spots likely been filled etc.

Would I have a chance if I did really well but the prof doesn’t know me?

Reference letters - 2L recruit

I worked up the nerve to ask a previous employer for a reference letter and they said yes (woohoo!)! But they also asked me to draft it up for them to fill in / edit and I have no idea what it’s supposed to look like. Would anyone be willing to share what their reference letters are like / give any guidance on how they should be structured? Thank you!
