Just learned how to rng manipulate using blissey's video. I was able to successfully manipulate a shiny cresselia. Now I'm trying to hunt darkrai but it won't shine. I've hit the frame 3 times now on the first two I used chatot to advance the frames to one before then talked to him. The 3rd time I decided to change my seed to one that only had 1 advance so I wouldn't have to use chatot but still nothing. Any advice on what I could be doing wrong?
