This will be my forever Eevee Ribbon Master. With the very few available 6IV Method 1 spreads available in gen 3, I went with Timid for technically being optimal for Stored Power sweeping + boost passing in later generations.

I'm starting a Ribbon Master project: I want to catch a Shiny Gyarados in Pokémon Emerald with the Trainer ID 50135. I chose Gyarados because it's my favorite Pokémon and conveniently one of the few that can travel through almost every generation. I want to set this TID to standardize my trainer identity across all my future saves, carrying this Gyarados across every region to collect all possible ribbons before sending it to Pokémon HOME.
With the Pokémon Bank service closing permanently in the near future, I intentionally waited for this moment to start a "speedrun" to get all the ribbons across every generation before the servers go offline for good.
My real problem is that I want to obtain TID 50135 but I'm having difficulty with the RNG.
I tried setting this up using PokéFinder via Winlator on Android and mGBA on PC with Lua scripts to monitor frame advances. However, since I run Linux on my PC and don't know how to operate these RNG tools properly (on top of system compatibility limitations), we couldn't get the calculations right.
Since doing this manipulation directly on a 3DS via AGB_FIRM would be painfully difficult due to boot time variations, I'll be creating the save exclusively on mGBA on PC (and then transfer it to the 3DS). The issue is that even when using pause and frame advance on the name confirmation screen, the generated ID comes out completely different due to not knowing how to use the tool properly (and also due to delay).
How you can help me:
Since I can't use PokéFinder/RNGReporter properly on Linux and don't know how to operate the tools, could someone run the calculations for me and provide the exact frame (and recommended offset/delay) to hit TID 50135 in Emerald (Initial Seed 0)?

I have made it to the end of USUM on two copies to shiny hunt Type: Null, Silvally, Poipole, and Naganadel. I am following a guide made by im a blisy, but I need help finding my TSV in order to continue. If anyone can trade and assist with determining my TSV, I'd appreciate it!

In game hours around 40, 75+ accounting for resets
longest ones were definitely heatran, regigigas, arceus and mesprit. these took an average of 3+ hours individually.
all ramanas park legends were quite easy with most of them caught first attempt
cresselia was supposed to be hard but i was lucky and got it first try

Rushed to do this rng hunt with news about the bank shutdown (was meaning to do it on original hardware but I have now got no time to get the resources nor the willingness to pay for it all). Anyway by using mGBA and a multiboot distribution ROM all on my M4 Mac, I managed to pull it off and transfer it up to my physical copy of ultra moon, absolutely stoked with this and so happy to add it to my collection :)
I learned about RNG manipulation a year ago and finally decided to give it a try. I own a copy of Pokemon sapphire that has a dead battery and figured I would give it a try, since I didn’t have confidence changing the battery on the cartridge. It was definitely a grind but I’m super pleased that I got this far and plan to go all the way with the challenge now.
Fewest frames for a shiny: zigzagoon/whismur at 7944 frames
Most frames for a shiny: surskit at 545625 frames (roughly 2.5 hours)
The reason for 5 zigzagoon was pickup while level grinding and some Pokemon aren’t fully evolved yet because I don’t have access to their evolution stones.
In a regular professor Oak’s challenge you would be able to acquire makuhita via a trade but since it is a trade Pokemon and is shiny locked, I have omitted it from this section as I am doing shiny only.
Eevee has been sooooooooooo hard to get for some reason but im getting very close🤣

But on a serious note, this was one of my missing shiny legends when I did my gen 4 shiny living dex last year so I finally got my 3ds modded and the guide from pokemonrng finally got me one of the few mythicals I needed (rest being Mew, Jirachi, and Deoxys) so I’ll get those next!
I really hate to bother, but I've been working at this manip for like 8 hours now, and I'm beginning to lose my mind, so I'm hoping someone here can be generous enough to give me some clarity on what I'm doing wrong. Thanks in advance.
Context: I have a manaphy egg that I recieved in Pokemon Pearl from my copy of Pokemon Ranger SOA - This egg, after determining its IV's and checking with PKSM, should have the following stats:
(Modest) 7 HP, 6 ATK, 5 DEF, 23 SpATK, 5 SpDEF, and 30 SPD
To this I think, "ok, that's fine enough, I'll just try both," and as such I used the 'Gen 4 TID/SID' tab on PokeFinder to find TID and SID's that would work for both. With this I manip'ed to get the following ID combos after resetting my Pearl copy.

Yet, to my surprise, neither of these ID combos yielded any shiny manaphy upon hatching the egg. I am absolutely stumped as to what I'm doing wrong here, so any and all assistance would mean the world to me.
My Ten lines never comes back with a result. I have all of the settings correct (Fast, Mono, help, etc.) I use EonTimer as usual, but when I go to put the number of the caught pokemon in, I never am able to find a result. I set the +/- seed to max and still nothing. I haven't been able to move forward at all because this happens every single time. Any advice would be appreciated.
I successfully maniped a shiny 5 iv timid Zapdos in BDSP about a year ago and i randomly decided to nickname it. I’m thinking between these three, but feel free to leave any suggestions in the comments.
Hello all. Recently I have been doing a lot of gen 4 rng in platinum and have been very successful in doing so I think. Ive done a bit of wild rng, cute charm glitch, shiny stationary legends, and roamers.
All with eon timer and pokefinder.
I think its time for me to move on to gen 5. My only rng experience in this gen is in Black where I got a shiny adamant tepig. I never bothered with anything else past that. It was a while ago and I remember having to use rng reporter for it.
I am wondering, is rng reporter the most commonly used application for gen 5 rng? Last time I used it was quite a while ago and it looks very dated and hard to understand compared to pokefinder. But all the guides I have seen have mostly used rng reporter for gen 5.
I kinda want to do the same stuff Ive done in gen 4. I would also like to try my hand at RNGing the same tid and sid as my platinum file if I can. Is any of this possible in pokefinder, or should I get familiar with rng reporter? I would appreciate any feedback, thanks.

I’ve done the significantly more difficult version of this hunt in FRLG via Celadon City Game Corner, but I truly wanted this guy in a Luxury Ball. I even attempted to look up spreads for both Abra and Kadabra to see if there were any optimal spreads that exist via H1… and unfortunately, all available H1, Timid spreads for Abra and Kadabra are extremely suboptimal.
Therefore, the significantly easier Battle Video RNG once again reigns supreme due to the incredible spreads Synchronize allows for one to find within Emerald (in addition to capturing this guy in a Luxury Ball).
Anything I need to do in specific? Ive been trying for almost a week with Blisy's guide and I am getting nowhere fast. It seems like my pokemons stats just never exist on pokefinders Gen 3 static. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
