Anyone know what this semi-transparent golden pouch is?

It appears in-game and shows the “Pick up item” prompt, but when I press it, nothing happens.

This is in Darkroot Garden.

Does anyone know how to do this achievement in Frenzy Feast?
I’ve tried so many times and still can’t get it even once.
How do you trigger Kenpachi’s Spiritual Pressure Suppression?
