Thinking to setup agri business in TZ - thoughts?

Thinking to setup agri business in TZ - thoughts?

Hi friends, I am not from Africa. I come from India living in Europe.

I am exploring these days ideas on how to invest in Africa (it seems good, not too far from europe and also a lot of potential). And, when I think of it I am targeting agriculture as major sector. Mainly wanna grow fruits like avocado and all 😄 and later export to Europe and world.

I see land prices are not so expensive (my source is this https://iph.co.tz/properties?layout=sidebar&features[]=14&features[]=15&title=Farms%20and%20Ranches )

My main questions:

- how accessible it is for a foreigner not form there to manage that - is there anyone doing so already? Money risk is not huge but still I wanna use time and efforts properly.

- Is english accessible overall as medium to talk? Say with local manager or labour?

- how locals see it as someone from abroad coming to do all these stuff? I heard Tz is very friendly country just curious.

I am only guy in my team convincing clients, if I deligate then they loose clients

Long story short, I run a Paris based AI consulting firm and we are expanding to London. I have team and it never works out when I give the responsibility to close the deal with clients to them. Issue is simple they cannot explain well what Client needs!

I have been freelancer long term since I was 19 years old (in data science and ML) then switched completely to AI things now building custom things for clients. Demand is so big that everyone need trusted partner, when I an on call with client probability of closing is always near about 90%. When it is my team then it is 25% or less.

I thought it is skill issue but even my partners have same issue. At this point it seems we are having single face ageny rather the team of 15. They loose where they don't match the technical understanding with core business logics, either they go only technical or only business. I reviewed call recordings and I realised it is because they don't adapt to what client needs rather selling what we built in past.

How do we fix this issue? I cannot be on 10+ calls every day only closing deals. I love building stuff and that's what I like to do for now, maybe 1-2 client calls a day is ok, not to forget the update and delivery calls that only I have to do anyway!

I was using this app of mine from a while, so I created app only on IOS for now to record my tests results + prep schedule. Making sure I take Prep on time.

I thought good to share with you all its here https://apps.apple.com/us/app/dr-preppy/id6761367828

Note:

- I don't store any data, all data stored on your phones :)

- Absolutely you can stay on free plan as it is good enough, if wish to support me then it is just $12 for year.

- Yes apps exist for the same reason, but I hated their design so I made something with young and cool vibes.

- You can also add your sexual encounters here

I am also open to hear feedbacks from you folks :) Feel free to let me know if there are more ideas you would like to see me record.
