Can a non Catholic Christian work in a Catholic School Board (York Region specifically)?

I just applied for FSL teaching positions in the York Region Catholic School Board, where my child also attends school. I am Eastern Orthodox, not Catholic. I attached a Letter of Faith in my application and can provide a pastoral letter from my priest but not from a Catholic priest. Would that be an issue? I asked the Principal in my child's school. She is not sure. The Board accepts student of different denominations but I am not sure if that extends to teachers.

AQ funding

I'm a new grad. Should I do my FSL Part 1 AQ now, or wait until I'm hired and ask if the school board will cover part or all of the cost? Does it matter for funding whether I completed the AQ before being hired, or is it better to wait?

Applying for LTOs - just graduated

I just graduated from the K-6 program in an accredited university. My OCT membership is pending. I want to teach French, but I decided I prefer secondary to K-6. There is demand for French everywhere. Do I apply for K-6 LTO positions and explain in the interview that secondary is what I am interested in, or do I apply for secondary positions and explain in my cover letter that I am willing to take the relevant AQ course that will allow me to teach in high school (along with the FSL 1 AQ)? I shadowed French teachers in all grades, K-12, and I know that secondary is what I want to do. Thank you!
