I was looking at this Totoro keychain set and saw this little fella and was curious what it’s from?

My gf has this comic book she got off someone ages ago and was curious who’s it is

Ok so the first photo they uploaded is of an official jotaro (the photo obviously isn’t there’s) then they uploaded a photo of their bootleg but it’s covered so you can’t fully tell the difference. I dmed them to ask for a better image of the head to check it was a bootleg and it very clearly isn’t. Now I have no major problem with bootlegs but the problem i do have is people trying to sell them off as authentic figures, I dmed them asking about it and they claimed it was authentic. I’d understand if they didn’t actually know it was a bootleg but the fact they blocked me after I asked shows they know what they are doing. I’m really sorry if I’m making a fuss about this but I struggle not to, I’m autistic and my special interest is collecting figures and it really upsets me that people could harm such an awesome community by this and potentially put people off what’s a great hobby. Are we able to all report them? Or just let them know what they are doing and how it’s wrong in DMs?

I know I could just report but them but is there anything more I can do? I genuinely hate scammers

Someone’s selling this Jotaro figure on vinted for a good price but I seriously can’t tell if it’s real or fake (I’m aware I’m probably being stupid) the face just looks a little funky
