Accidentaly deleted UEFI PXE ipv4 entry

Hello!

I had the issue that I couldn't load another live system because of an MOK full error. I then deleted a lot of old entries with efibootmgr and accidentaly deleted the PXE entry for IPv4 and I tried to reset my UEFI without any luck. I have saved the infos in a .txt from my console history before.

Anyone got an idea on how I would restore it?
