Help me save my Selaginella Willdenowiis?
Hi guys,
I have 3 Selaginella Willdenowii plants, and neither are doing well in exactly the same way. In half a year they have not grown. They went from a deeper green to reddish brown within weeks in my care, from tips to the entire branch, with branches eventually drying off after turning red or brown. The photo makes it look greener somehow, to eye it's kinda brownish-yellow to red color.
The plants are in glass jars covered with plastic, with small airholes or gaps to let a bit of air in. Moisture is 80% in some jars and close to 100% in another, I don't notice a difference between 80% or 100% moisture jars. I only open the jars to check if the plants need watering. Some jars have visible condensation in them, others don't, plants look the same.
The soil mix is according to what I see recommended for terrariums in general, and I keep it very moist top to bottom.
Light is natural light in a northern facing window, no direct sun ever.
Could any of you suggest what I might be doing wrong?
