I don't have many options in the US yet cannot move out of the country. My usually highly recommended lines Jupiter and Venus, are in the desert or areas that don't align with my needs & values for a home. The only places I have considered are Los Angeles or Seattle. Mostly areas with city walkability, diversity, education, culture, arts. Desperate to leave my Moon DC line.

Is it more important than parans? Or a further background essence behind transits and parans?
If you still live where you were born, do you place the point in your new neighborhood? Or leave it at birth center? So far the descriptions are not accurate to my experiences on astro.com. Lets say I follow my Jupiter line the furthest it can go, is the orb of influence felt? or do I just place it in the new city?
Any advice from any pros in this thread? 😅 I live on my Moon line and its hell, its in detriment.
I know relocation charts matter, as well parans.
In terms of relocation charts I only have 3 options :
Relocation charts moving West would mean having Sun and Moon moved into 8th, Pluto & Saturn in 5/6th. OR Sun and Moon in 9th with Pluto & Saturn conjunct DC. 💀
Parans:
Charlotte, NC and Albuquerque, NM and Los Angeles are the only places with no parans.
I'm drawn to LA or Seattle because I value walkability, blue politics and diversity but with Pluto DC and Mercury MC hard aspected, I feel like im cooked.

I was thinking MC lines although it could also be a Sun and Mars lines? Or another place entirely?
For about two weeks, excessive heat has been entering my apartment, even when outdoor temperatures are cool. On multiple nights when it was only 50–60F outside, the apartment remained over 80°F. Now that it’s summer, my air conditioner is constantly fighting against whatever heat source is coming into the unit.
The heat feels like it’s billowing upward through the kitchen and dining area and is especially noticeable along the wall that shares a wall with the elevator shaft. I can also feel the heat in the elevator area itself.
I initially suspected a gas issue, but my gas detector readings are normal. I’m wondering if it could be related to steam lines, heating pipes, mechanical equipment, ventilation issues, or something else within the building infrastructure.
The problem is severe enough that it seems to be preventing cooler fresh air from entering the apartment, and the heat is being absorbed into furniture, walls, and even my mattress.
Management and maintenance have not been helpful so far. They checked every valve and said all is normal. Does anyone know what type of professional I should contact to diagnose this? HVAC engineer? Building engineer? Mechanical engineer? Has anyone experienced something similar in a co-op or apartment building?
Any insights would be greatly appreciated. This is truly affecting my health and stressing me out.

I have looked at my natal chart, astro map and progressed chart. My moon is in detriment. So does that mean I will never have harmony?
From Venus MC to Mercury MC, it puts Taurus on my ASC and Scorpio on DC in relocated charts. From Neptune DC to Jupiter DC, its puts Gemini on my ASC and Sagittarius on DC.
I keep seeing that staying on or near your ASC ruler should bring a feeling of harmony except my moon is poorly aspected and i live there now and its also with chiron pluto parans. So confusing..

Where can I find peace? I have looked at my progressed chart, natal and astrocartography map. Right now, above all, money, love, career, I just want peace. My moon is in detriment. So does that mean I will never find peace? My parans are also quite sparce with venus/jupiter, sun/saturn near Boston, Toronto & Seattle.
