I am ADC analyst(supporting audit teams) and want to transfer in advisory for my long term goals, is it possible after six months that I can get risk advisory specifically GRCS through IJP if postion opens? ijp policy states six months eligibility for internal transfer but some seniors say it's easy while some are saying might be difficult

I do not like ADC role, there is too much travelling to client place and not so supportive teams.

Any advice would be appreciated!

I am commerce grad (fresher) got in ADC audit and after working I realised this is not what i want to do!

Is internal transfer possible if yes how can I initiate it? It's been only a month with me working but still I am already done with it. I work for BSR CO & LLP (KPMG INDIA).

Any help or referrals would be appreciated? Also what are the exit opportunities from ADC Audit because I am not part core audit but rather support audit teams.

had meet and greet last week, got the offer letter and joining was supposed to be on july 13th, got the bgv mail was filling it up and then mail came onboarding on hold don't come to office until further notice, said bgv will take time. I am scared tbh how long does it take to clear bgv

so i along with few people got pre placement offer Kpmg Bsr in september 2025, we got letter of intent but haven't heard anything from HR regarding the joining date. generally when do they onboard freshers?
