Rocking start to ownership

So I test drove a Niro and loved it. It had comfy seats, good viability and noise levels were decent so I bought it. I asked them to charge it while we did paperwork because it was at 47% and like two hours later...... it wouldn't start. So they loaned me the Dodge Challenger I just traded in and will call me when they figure out the issue. Little concerned about the fact it didn't make it out of the parking lot but I guess I'll see what they say lol.

2020 Niro comfort question.

I'm looking at my first full EV and a 2020 Kia Niro Electric EX Premium has caught my eye but there is a 2023 Bolt for cheaper near me. I test drove the bolt and wasn't impressed with the seat comfort and wind noise. Wonderful Niro owners of reddit, what do you think of the comfort and noise levels of the Niro. I think I'm gonna look the the Niro but I have to pay to have it shipped here so I would love people opinions first.

Also I've read the specs for storage but how is it in in person? When I had a Chevy Volt I would shove 6ft 2x4's in there and hauled stuff consistently. These seem like pretty reliable cars and the range fits into my needs so I'm not worried about any of that.
