If no email update at all for Master of Teaching, is it basically hopeless

I applied for Sept 2026 on the application deadline for J/I, which was mid May I think. My references may have submitted their letters too late, like early June. No email update at all. Can I just assume that it's a no?

G11 Bio, Chem, Physics. How important are the learning activities?

Would appreciate answers from those who've taken/are taking these (also looking for study buddies). I just want to make sure I'm not wasting time on pointless exercises. For bio I was baffled that after trying out a simple virtual microscope, what followed was a practice question to have you calculate field diameter of a microscope when no formula was given, and when I figured it out, it didnt even have a correct answer for me to compare to. TIA

Ebook examples? Can I use Britannica as a source for the g11 biology ebook project?

Learning activity 1.4 Research Skills says Wikipedia is not acceptable, but also "Some encyclopedias such as Encyclopædia Britannica have notable authors working for them and may be cited as a secondary source in some cases", yet never says whether ILC TVO allows it.

The sample ebook on Fiji has very random sources like ask.com.

How strict are they on sources? How good does the ebook have to be for a good mark? Just wanted a reference so I know what I should strive for.

Can log in with Microsoft Edge but not Chrome

Just wanted to ask if anyone has encountered this and figured out the solution. I just couldnt log in on Chrome despite having the right username and password, not even in incognito mode, and not even after clearing cookies and cache. I wasn't using autofill for the password, and since it wouldnt even work in Chrome incognito, it shouldnt be any of the extensions' fault. Even when I try to reset password in Chrome, it says username not recognized.

It does work on Edge but I wonder if anyone knows how to fix the Chrome log in issue.

Pivoting to nursing with 0 science background, considering St Francis Xavier

Hi, I have no science g12 courses or university science/math courses, went to college for design degree so very unrelated. Does anyone here know abt the process of making up for high school and university level pre-reqs for accelerated RN programs, specifically if it can be done within 6 months (now June till Dec)? Do they also look at your previous degree's average (mine was 81%, total and final).

Out of the already very few such programs that start in January, the only 1 program that I could possibly still apply for is St Francis Xavier. Their university pre-reqs are,

- Anatomy and Physiology with lab (6 credits),
- Microbiology (3 credits),
- Statistics (3 credits),
- and English or an approved writing course (3 credits).

Has anyone attempted something like this before?

My backup is just to make up for the high school pre-reqs and apply for RPN programs that start in Winter/Spring (like Seneca/Sheridan). See my main catch is that Sept starts (majority of these programs) would feel too late for me... would prefer to start asap.

If anyone here has applied to StFX Accelerated nursing pls lmk what you thought of the program.

Sorry for the ramble, have lots to figure out rn. Thanks in advance.

Edited: removed an inaccurate statement regarding course requirement.
