Roshopp is a lifestyle and apparel brand that merges creativity with culture to deliver bold, expressive designs. We are currently in need of a sourcing Agent for our new design.
Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Sourcing Agent Specialized in TPU and Leather Bags. The Sourcing Agent will identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers for TPU and leather bag production, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to Roshopp’s design and brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and qualifying manufacturers, requesting and comparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and overseeing sample development and approvals. The role also involves monitoring production timelines, coordinating logistics with internal teams, and maintaining accurate documentation for contracts and purchasing activities. The agent will collaborate closely with design, operations, and quality teams to ensure that sourced materials and products align with Roshopp’s creative vision and ethical sourcing guidelines.
Locations: China, Turkey, Vietnam
Qualifications:
-Demonstrated skills in Sourcing and Procurement, specifically for TPU and leather materials and bag manufacturing.
-Proficiency in Purchasing and Contract Management to oversee orders, supplier agreements, and documentation.
-Experience in Contract Negotiation, with the ability to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
-Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements for fashion accessories and bags.
-Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail in pricing, lead times, and product specifications.
-Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with remote teams and international suppliers.
-Familiarity with ethical sourcing, sustainability practices, and vendor risk assessment is beneficial.
-Prior experience in fashion, apparel, or accessories sourcing; a relevant degree or certification in supply chain, business, or a related field is an advantage.
