The missing Piece in my theory, the random dude I have finally found a place for him!!!! IT’S JOHN ANOMALY. And as we now know John Anomaly is Harlow’s baby (Harlow you dirty dog) and THIS can give reason as to why Harlow is so determined to cure the Anomaly!! He wants to cure his baby and the corporation turned his baby (who turned into a mimic) into a part of the stalker!! This explains the stalkers long limbs(cause it’s like they stacked two different animals limbs on top of each other) the he/him pronouns despite the obvious connection to Rattina. And the prominent teeth!!! HAHAHAHAHA I KNEW IT . I KNEW I WASNT CRAZY. HAHAHAHHAHAHAH TAKE THAT ANIMAL CORPORATION
