reddit.comI've realised something recently :
My Strategy works. My Entries are fine. My Target get hit.
But I still end up red some days.
Why? Because after hitting target, I keep trading out of greed or boredom.
So now I'm wondering.... 👉Is success in forex more about self - control than strategy? Curious how others deal with this phase after a winning trade.
Are you buying the momentum or waiting for pullbacks?”
I'm trying to build discipline, and one rule I keep hearing is stop trading after hitting your target.
But in reality, it's hard.
Sometimes I feel like I'm in the zone and want to keep going other times I give everything back.
So I'm curious: 👉 Do profitable traders actually stop after target? 👉 Or is it better to keep trading with strict rules?
Would love to hear real experience, not theory.
