Hi everyone!!
I have a question about course registration. I’m a new grad student but I don’t really understand how this works, if a course only has one actual class schedule (same day and time for everyone), but it has CRNs based on different student categories, what happens if you accidentally register in a section that isn't meant for your student type?
The class fits my schedule, and the system even allows students in my category to take the course, just not through that specific registration section. Would they actually remove me from the course later, or does it usually not matter as long as I'm enrolled in the correct class?
Has anyone experienced this before?

My application for my Study Permit has been recently approved and I have a few questions; first, they asked for my passport but I already have a visa with multiple entries that is valid for the duration of my studies, will they modify that visa and give me a new one? Or will they just return it as it is?; second, how long does it take for them to return my passport? My flight is in two weeks (literally bought it on January) and to delay it without delay fees I have to modify the date 8 days prior to the flight so I just want to know in how many days did you guys get your passports back; and third, after submitting my passport, when do they submit the Letter of Introduction POE? I need to register to classes in 7 days and they said that without the issued Study Permit or the Letter of Introduction I shouldn’t register. If someone has had similar experiences to me please let me know🙏😁
