Has working with an advisor actually made a difference?

i'm looking to upgrade from an older pair of sony headphones and have been spending way too much time comparing models. the more reviews i read, the harder the decision gets.

it seems like every model has its fans. some people recommend the flagship options without hesitation, while others say the midrange models offer much better value. my main uses would be music, youtube, and general everyday listening, with some travel mixed in throughout the year.

for those of you who own sony headphones, what are you using right now and what made you choose that model? are there any things you love about them that don't get mentioned often in reviews? on the flip side, are there any annoyances that only became obvious after months of use?

if you had to spend your own money on a new pair today, which sony headphones would you pick and what would be the deciding factor?

so ive been seriously thinking about going back to school and an online public health degree keeps popping up, but i cant tell if its a smart move or just one of those degrees that sounds meaningful but is harder to turn into a real career.

what’s throwing me off is how broad public health seems. like it covers everything from community programs to research to policy, which sounds great, but also makes me wonder if its too general when it comes to actually getting hired.

im also trying to figure out how much the degree alone matters. does it actually help you get into roles or do most people still struggle unless they already have experience or connections in the field?

for anyone who went through an online public health degree, what happened after you finished? did it lead to a job you actually wanted or did it take a while to figure things out? and if you could go back, would you still choose it or take a different path?
