I have these weird energy feelings/surges..

I wake up, i could be sitting on tge side of my bed and strange energy passes over me, feel a bit chilled, and I have alot of feelings after it passes.

This has happened 3 times this week. I don't know what it is or why it's happening. It leaves me feeling wonderous, like what is this. And i reminince, have past memories come up and smells... maybe I'm just going crazy 🤪

I've had this feeling come over me 2 times over the past week. .

I'm sitting, then it like some thing just washed over me, when its over it feel tingles, and just I have emotions of sadness and wonder when it's over And It's just done. I don't know how to explain it. it happens in the morning.
