order ahead isnt available right now. Is their machine broken? Cause the one they remade doesn’t look much better

edit: this is the one I got and asked if I could have a new one. I’d gotten on last Friday and it was delish, like slushy lemonade. This was the blended rebel and she did remake it for me. It wasnt much better (my friend referred to it as egg drop soup), which made me wonder if the blended rebel machine (is it even a machine? I actually have no idea) was out of order or something
