How to not get harassed in BD as a woman?

I hate to be asking this, but what should I do to make sure I never get badly touched on road anymore? I had to experience it today for the first time ever and I feel so extremely disgusted... I couldn't stop thinking of it the whole day and couldn't even pay attention to chores or studies.

Today I went to a puran Dhaka market with my fuppi to buy groceries. Both of us were covered from head to toe wearing abaya and hijab. Yet I got harassed on running rickshaw by someone from the crowd. When I looked back, the person got mixed in the crowd.

Don't they say women don't wear proper clothes, don't go out with adults, lure men that's why men do it?? What was the excuse today? How did I lure that person? What else can I even do atp to get basic safety in this country which is not getting my body parts grabbed by other men???

The man who did it was created and born from the same body that I have right?? The women in his family have the same body parts. Then what made him feel so deep desperate thirst to touch my body although he doesn't know what I look like? Is being caged inside my home the only option now? Or should I start going out without any cloth or defense so that they can touch however they want and satisfy all their thirst and hunger?

Serum recommendation!

Not acne-prone or sensitive skin. Skin type is combination and face has gotten darker and dull due to sun tan after hsc. I already use spf, moisturizer and wanna use a good serum that shows actual results. What would be a good option within budget??

I heard skin1004 centella ampoule is way too mild and getting noticeable results is slow process. How is Cos de baha? Or celeste, Derma Co, plum, APLB? I need something within 1k rn.

Why are public unis so overhyped

Hsc26 examinee rn and I've lost the admiration I had for public unis such as BUET, DU, DMC. Everyday there are posts and news of the awful politics, nasty environment (specially hostels omfg ek room e 10 jon ghumay), backdated curriculum, inadequate lab facilities or even low to zero advanced technology in classrooms.

I don't understand why the coachings like Udvash, Acs, Hulkenstein make it seem like public e chance ne pele life shesh and je paay na she ekebare low iq student who didn't study well wherein there aren't even enough seats for the large number of students.

I think private unis are doing way better currently. I heard the curriculum isn't so backdated as public unis as well. If its about financial issues, then I feel like if we do well in private uni admission test instead and get scholarship somehow then the overally it would be way better and comfier.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
