Vigilante & visor, a fierce friendly rivalry between two leaders.
Visor is a genius inventor and a gymnast, a snarky, cocky and stubborn jerk who means well. He is the son of a legendary hero, his father had laser vision albeit different ones, which is unheard of as inhuman powers arent hereditary, as he also has a lost twin with laser vision. His main trait is being very versatile, flexible and agile.

Vigilante, is a well disciplined and bastard son of a mafia leader, he grew up poor and would participate in underground fight rings, he would eventually confront and take down his father and inherit the money.
He uses a lot of tech like exo suits, power fists, stun guns and his glider.
V & V is a non profit service that aids people that were affected before, during, and after superhero activities.
