Tradingview Absurdities
Why on earth does Tradingview make it so deliberately Mindnumbingly Difficult to reset your password…or to create a new password if you don’t know your password. In Fact, you won’t even Believe this, but, they REQUIRE the old password, the one you can’t find, in order to reset the password!!!!! WTF tradingview? How the F can I reset my password if I don’t have the password?? Why would YOU be the Only company on the planet that does this??!? It’s like a chicken before the egg kinda thing! Tradingview…: if I *Knew what my password was, I wouldn’t have to reset it, in the First place! Why insult your customers, like this? I don’t understand. I’ve been jumping through hoops , for HOURS now, and no Closer to a solution than I was hours ago, when I started! Your support ticket is Garbage, Every week, or every day you make it more difficult than before to create a trouble ticket, just cause you want to Save pennies. So, I’m locked out of my account for an eternity, and Can’t trade, all because you designed the Dumbest system ever introduced to the Internet. There, I think that qualifies for the “WT f” tradingview Community. Like, Seriously, what is this thing with giving us all migraines, lately? I don’t get the point of this Shutting out your paying customers. This design that I’m talking about LITERALLY makes NO sense
